I’m 2 hours away from you and it took 2 weeks to get it and multiple phone calls. Now that it is put together my screen is blue!!!!! I’ve checked all the connections and the screen is bad!!!!! Now what do I do?????? HELP

One problem the bolts didn’t

One problem the bolts didn’t link up correctly to the seat off kilter and I just hope they stay attached. Have you any ideas above where to do about this?

If you can no longer jog/run…

I’ve only used a couple of the programs on the bike so far. Haven’t tried the app, yet but look forward to it. This bike is quiet! And so smooth. The seat is comfortable, too. The only thing I’d like different is the placement of the water bottle holder. A side cup holder would have better suited me but it was not a deal breaker. I love this bike! I can get exercise rain or shine and it’s my alternative to jogging after a knee injury.

Overall, the bike was easy to put together, took a couple hours. The bike appears to be well-built. The bike is very quiet while in use. My wife was able to download the app and sync with the bike. We are still learning about all the features and training options. Very happy with the purchase. Thanks!
