This is an awesome way to get in low intensity cardio while watching TV. Makes TV watching a lot less guily pastime

Love my exerciser…. It was a little hard attaching the pedals, but that is more to do with my mechanical ineptitude… I doing 45 minutes to an hour once or twice a day…
