Great choice for a senior,

Great choice for a senior, with the SEATED recumbent elliptical. Great workout for your arms as compared to a bike only. The free workout courses/apps provided are excellent. They encourage me to use the equipment, as they are actually enjoyable. My son had to assemble it for me, not something I would even attempt to do, you need to find someone to assemble for you who enjoys that kind of work.

I love it! It is as good for me as the ones at rehab. We bought it on sale, which made it even better. I am using it every day for 20-30 minutes. It took my husband a couple hours to put it together and some redoing parts. We are really glad we bought it!

Great operation. Easy set up. It gives a great workout without impact on knees.
Only thing wrong, the search bar had one threaded insert off by a couple mm. Or it is bad threads. Other than that easy assembly. 👍
