Love my cross trainer

I am an older man with balance & heart issues. I needed a way to keep my muscles strong & maintain mobility. This cross trainer does the trick & earned the approval of my cardiologist. I had no trouble putting it together. Instructions very clear and easy to follow.

Does not power up

I hired someone to put it together for me because I am disabled. He plugged it in and it doesn’t power up. He took it apart to be sure all connections were made, but it didn’t correct the issue. Disappointed ☹️

My husband and I are loving our new piece of excercise equipment. He had a knee replacement at the end of December and this will help continue his rehab after therapy plus good for both us health wise.

My second day with new bike

The screen I have difficulty reading because the font to is light
Not everyone has 20/20 vision
This is my second day i use the bike and the rating is 4 stars.
I wish the installation manual was more descriptive with large pictures!
I hate the idea to use the iPhone to follow the instructions for which I give only 2 stars . Good luck with a new revision to enhance the existing model.
As a mechanical designer engineer with 43 years experience I made my comments.

Incredibly quiet and easy on joints

Easy assembly. Incredibly quiet and very smooth. I was looking for a good workout easy on knees and hips and this is it! Up to 30 mins a day and well over 5 miles. The only thing needed is the commitment to ride it😉. If you’re considering this I think it’s worth it.

I’ve only been using the Premium Smart Programmable for about a week, but I’m already really impressed. The workouts are effective without being too intense, and I love how easy it is on my joints. It’s been a great way to stay active without feeling sore or overworked. So far, definitely a great addition to my routine!
