Great Workout

Purchased this machine for shoulder rehab. It is working out great. I do half of my workout with arms only, then complete with feet and arms. Never knew how good a work out that an elliptical machine could give you. I plan on using this machine for many years to come.

My husband & I are

My husband & I are nearly 80 years old. He has Parkinson's, so needs to keep exercising regularly. This is the most accessible equipment we've found for increasing his leg strength. It's great for me to use as well & the seat is more comfortable than any other exercise equipment we've had. The directions for assembling were outstanding!
