Love This Equipment!

This is an excellent piece of home fitness equipment! Assembly took a few hours but the result is a sturdy high-quality machine. Since recently retiring, I’ve been focusing on staying healthy, and this bike is perfect – the combination of arm and leg movement provides a great full body workout!

Recumbent elliptical cross trainer

Once I got the exercise equipment put together, I have enjoyed using it daily…several times a day. It really loosens my joints and gives me a full rotation of knee, hip and ankle. I was a little disappointed that there were a few components of the trainer that were not labeled correctly and the instruction book does not coincide with any video posted on assembling this specific trainer. Thank goodness my neighbor came down and helped. It is now up and running. Yeah!!

Machine itself is wonderful! Easy to use, program, and meets your goals. Only bad was i didn't get a instruction/assembly book with it. My friend who got one 2 weeks prior had all that in theirs.
