Will not buy from you again

The last elliptical I got from you was great. This one was more expensive and far worse.
The instructions for set up is over complicated. Why give each washer and nit super technical names? The diagrams are way too small to read. Just say add washer and nut. You make it indecipherable.
The tension was way too hard to connect. It kept disconnecting and after I built the machine it disconnected again.
You cannot comfortably use the arm bars in the seated position. The pedals do not support me while I try to stand.
The pedal holders are not comfortable without shoes. My feet slide up and down it.
The seat is too hard and the design makes it impossible for me to switch it out for a more comfortable seat.
It’s basically an uncomfortable exercise bike - not a real elliptical.
Your process is too cumbersome for a return. This purchase is a giant mistake. I will never buy from you again.

Okay but wish I could have tried it first

First thing is that the assembly was not easy. I live alone and there’s one step which requires 2 people to attach the tension cable. The piece to attach it to was put on too low and it required adjusting and I had to call a friend over to help me troubleshoot. I’m grateful that we finally got it together but it was very frustrating. About the ride, the seated position glides smoothly and with the exception of my crotch going numb on the seat after 10 minutes it works as expected. The standing position is a big disappointment. Every time you pedal down towards the floor you arrive with a thud. So the ride is like thud, thud, thud. Nothing like the smooth elliptical ride from the gym machines. If I had had the chance to test it beforehand, I would not have purchased this equipment because of that, but what’s done is done, it’s not going back now. I do like the look and the size of the equipment though, only wish it was a smoother ride.

Great cardio for those with tendonitis

I bought an earlier version of this machine over a decade ago. It was an awesome tool that helped me lose 165 pounds!
Recently I was pleased to find it again here. It's inexpensive and works great for my purposes. My family suffers from loose joints, and this is a great low impact cardio workout that prevents the tendonitis issues that other workouts cause.

Don’t buy this,, you’ll be disappointed if your experienced with elliptical,,,, If you have no experience at all with the elliptical, you’ll be satisfied for a day or two,,,,, Cheaply made, cheap everything, But I assume that’s their business model.
