Good value for the money but at three hundred pounds that I am is probably maximum weight. does agood job targeting leg and glut muscles. thumbs up

I purchased this for my work from home son who spends hours daily on his computer.
It is perfect for brief periods of exercise throughout the day. The small footprint allows him to keep it near his work station.
