I absolutely love the step climber! And I can go at my own pace whether it's slow or fast. It's a really great workout!! I can feel my abs working while I am using the step climber.

Bang for the buck. Great machine at a good price. Exactly what I wanted. Very effective workout in only a few minutes. Beats just sitting on the couch watching TV. Do a little workout and feel better. I would definitely recommend this product.
