Not Best for 4 Year Olds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Polly Pocket set is really cute and the packaging is appealing. My little one loved that the kitty winks when you press her nose. The set was a bit frustrating for my 4-year-old because it is difficult to attach the pieces to the pegs. When we set up the items like in the guide, the waterfall couldn’t open without knocking the mushroom tree over. We also noticed that the people didn’t fit on the bench, which was disappointing. The scooter and skateboard were fun to race with. My child thought the pieces were cute and liked the set but needed a lot of assistance putting the tiny pieces together. It’s also difficult to close because the pieces have to be arranged in a specific way. Once closed, the latch seems sturdy. Despite the difficulties, my child keeps coming back to this and it holds her attention for 5-10 minutes. I’d recommend as a parent/child activity for younger kids.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cute Care bear collaboration!

My daughter is 4 and likes she can tell her brothers the blue care bear is blue and a boy so they can play too haha. The case even winks which we love.

I added it to my collection lol i love carebears since i was little i know some way some how there going to try and open it. The pieces are so small you need to watch while they play with it cause its easy to get lost.

Care Bears with Polly Pocket is a win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Polly Pocket is fun enough, but with Care Bears?? This is great! It hits a spot between new fun for kids and nostalgia for parents. The toy arrived in a package that required me to put the actual case together in two parts. My child could not do this themselves, nor could they get the very tiny pieces and accessories out of the packaging. This is better than losing pieces, but worth knowing in case there’s no one in your home who can manage this kind of packaging. (Such as if you had arthritic hands). Both a five year old and nine year old were so excited to play with this toy, and I was happy with the unisex appeal.

The nose on the bear is a button that winks the eye, my daughter really loves that feature. Come with 2 bears that pair well with the set.

The Very Best of Both

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How is it possible that this is even cuter than pictured? I grew up with both Care Bears and the original Polly Pocket and this is the perfect collaboration. There are quite of few tiny accessories but everything fits inside the compact nicely.
