Cracks easily!

I was able to install it on my second try, and it does cut down on glare, but after 1 week I have TWO cracks in it, and I haven't dropped the phone. AND, it can't detect my fingerprint.

Case fits perfectly, feels great when holding. The clear case also accents the new design of the Iphone 12 Pro. Hoping not to test the drop from 13 feet

I’ve always bought cases for my IPhones from Zagg. This one for the 12 pro is very nice the only problem I see with it is the buttons for up and down volume don’t make a good contact. They’re very difficult to press specially if you want to to take a screen shot , it takes a lot of finger strength. I hope that with time they will get softer.

Fits great my iPhones great. Two suggestions: 1) Please smooth out the top edge which rests against your ear. It is sharp. 2) Rough up the back. It is slippery and difficult to hang on to.

Well constructed but no grip factor

This is a well constructed case that feels like it will provide the necessary protection. There is easy access to the lightning port and all buttons function very easily. It takes some effort to put the case on and especially to take it off but it fits quite well.
The one thing that didn't work for me is the slipperiness of the entire case. Dropping the phone was always a concern. Even the back side of the case was extremely slippery. If you're looking for a case with a good non-slip feel, this is not that case.

Stiff and sticky

The case was crystal clear like it said but difficult to put on. The corners would get stuck almost as if my phone was sticky and once the case was on the power and volume bottoms were almost impossible to press. I ended up tossing it. I would go with a different case.
