An excellent (but challenging!) set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really well made set and was lots of fun. I built it with my seven year old, and while I know it's recommended for ages 8 and over, it would likely be tough even for 8 year olds who may not be very skilled with building sets. While the instructions are better than other kits (my opinion), there are lots of small pieces that need very precise placement for the movement to work appropriately. That being said, it was a REALLY fun kit to build and I would highly recommend it for skilled builders who are Pokemon fans!

Enjoyable set, very detailed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fun set for my kid. The ability to assemble is a little hard for small kids but if your kid loves Dragonite this is a great gift. We have enjoyed every and all Pokemon Construct figures we have purchased. This one was no different!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product comes with many many pieces and will give a child hours of fun building and playing with the dragon. It might need some adult help due to the small pieces and precise instructions. Very well quality.

Great details, all day fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is obsessed with Pokémon. This set is really cool. It took her all day to put it together and is so cute when complete. There are 5-6 labeled bags so you put him together In stages. This is great for kids (or adults) that cannot sit there for extended periods of time. After built, you turn a dial and the wings flap. He even has a little tongue. My daughter plans to display him on a shelf in her room.

Pokémon's Dragonite Has Arrived In MEGA BLOKs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS WAS MY SON'S FIRST POKEMON MEGA Building Set And It Was More Fun Than I Could Have Expected! Pokémon's Dragonite set was a major hit and might have just started a new obsession. He absolutely Loved It! This was also his first Mega Bloks building set and I had no idea how wonderful these would be. The box artwork is very impressive too, immediately caught my eye. Colors definitely pop off the box. Well done. Presentation is everything! Maybe more for the parents than the children who just want to tear it apart!!! Haha The instructions were very clear and he was able to put it together himself. Which as a parent, you can really appreciate. The age suggestion is perfect. Once complete, I was curious to see how engaged he would be with it. I was pleasantly surprised it kept his attention and he was really impressed with the motion functions added to the set. He also noticed that on the back of the box, it can "Connect to Sets HKT19, HKT20 & HKT21" and make a whole "Scene". He said it looked really cool and wanted to try to complete it. I told him that If he did well in school and behaved, we could do just that. It gives him something to strive for and he's definitely looking forward to completing the whole scene now! Great set Mattel, couldn't be happier!

Hours of fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a Pokémon fan, then this is the perfect toy! It is hours of fun, this is like an interactive puzzle. The best thing is that you can collect all of the Pokémon and build a whole set. The toy actually has great instructions so it is easy to complete.

Awesome set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love Pokemon and they love building blocks so these Pokemon Mega block sets are a hit with them. My kids are pretty independent constructing the sets and only occasionally need help with some of the smaller pieces. This set is particularly neat because you can make it move some. These are the only building block sets that my kids leave together to display. I'm sure we'll be getting more for them to construct and display.

A fun build!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Pokémon toy was a hit at our house. We love building things, and this was a nice mix of difficult, but fun. All the 387 pieces come in labeled bags (1-7) which is so helpful for finding pieces when you are building. The instructions are pretty easy to follow. My son got stuck a few times, but we were able to work together to find the right solution. It is awesome that this toy has a crank built into it that when turned makes the wings flap. It is also a lot bigger than I anticipated! It was a winner at our house and if your kids like to build and play, it will be at yours too!
