My rower came very well packed and instructions for assembly were easy to figure out.
Having this and my smart bike trainer in the house is so easy to carry out workouts.
I enjoy having all the workout options and can get a good work out in a short period of time.

Solid compact, budget rowing machine.

Excellent rowing machine for the cost. I like the flexibility in the arm motion. It allows me to focus on different movement patterns with my shoulders. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. I've used it nearly every day since I purchased it. If your intention is to be very driven with your rowing exercises, you may want to consider a higher-end model with more flexibility, but this is great as an entry. I will make two notes:
- Because the resistance mechanism is a pneumatic piston, it is recommended that you only use this device for up to 20 minutes at a time. This could be an issue for some folks.
- I would have paid a bit more to have something that included a stand or pegs to position vertically along a wall. It's quite light and compact, and I feel this would have been big a big value add for a small price.
