Typically, I would put a slow cooker in the cabinets, but this one stays out all of the time because of how great it looks. I am so impressed with the craftmanship as well. The ceramic is incredibly sturdy and is heavy, providing an example of just how durable and solid this Slow Cooker Sous Vide is. This will last for a long time. All of the components are of the utmost highest quality.
The directions provided were clear and setting up the device was a breeze, which I appreciated as a first time user of sous vide. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. However, one thing to note is that is takes a bit of time to warm-up (the directions say it can take up to an hour), so make sure to plan accordingly. But the results are worth the wait! The chicken I made was cooked to absolute perfection. Cooking in the bag made the chicken lock in the juices and seasoning. It was so tender and juicy. The Slow Cooker Sous Vide comes with four sous vide sealable bags, but I wish it came with more or had information in the directions about how to purchase more directly from the company. It would have been a helpful addition to the package. This appliance is so versatile. When using as a slow cooker, it performs fabulously. The pot roast came out amazingly. It is also so large that I am able to cook enough for our family of five! The timer is loud and clear, making it easy to know when your meal is ready. Plus, the warming feature is incredibly useful for keeping food warm if it won't be served immediately.
I loved that this appliance is completely digital. Also, during the preheating of the sous vide, it alternates between the current temperature and the desired temperature, which helps in getting your meal ready.
As a person that does not like to cook very much, this has been a lifesaver for me. It has made meal planning a breeze by doing most of the hard work for me. I highly recommend this!

So far used this for a steak & salmon & both came out great. Easy to use for me because I already have sous vide experience & it’s nice to be able to use just the crockpot to cook multiple ways since I hate having a ton of appliances out.

I absolutely love the built in thermometer, the convenient locking lid for travel, and the huge 7 quart capacity. I used to have to use two crockpot to make a enough food for my family and some for leftovers. This eliminates that need and saves on space and electricity! Thanks for a great product… it is very sleek and versatile. It will come with us on our camping trips too!

The whole thing is very easy to use and easy to clean. I’m not disappointed at all. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE THIS 7 QT SLOW COOKER with SOUS VIDE!! Sous vide is cooking vacuum sealed food (in the sealed bag) and cooking it in a precisely timed and regulated water bath. This low-temperature, long-time cooking method worked PERFECT for my self-butchered and vacuum sealed venison roast. The meat was so tender and juicy - it was amazing. My wife also made her famous chili in it and it came out great as well. This slow cooker is nice looking and so easy to clean - we will be getting good use out of this!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, most of my grievances are all aesthetic, not functional. When I got this, it looked used or almost like a fake. There were fingerprints along the lid. The control panel is literally a little crooked - it was installed crooked. There was a scuff on the front of the slow cooker and looked like there was some grease or something on the inside.
I cleaned it up and have tried it and have been fairly satisfied, but haven’t tried the sous vide function yet. I like that it is large and overall aesthetically pleasing. Works well.

Best Slow Cooker Sous Vide Combo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Crockpot Slow Cooker Sous Vide machine is a thing of beauty, it not only looks amazing, but functions like a dream! We love the convenience of slow cooking and sous viding so this is perfect for us.
Using the slow cooker is a simple as putting in food, hitting a few buttons, and walking away! It’s a fantastic way to cook as it returns your minimal investment of time with a deliciously cooked meal!
It’s perfect for preparing large volumes of food for your family or even events! We love to make roasts and pulled pork/chicken, and so far, it has not disappointed! Food comes out perfectly tender and juicy, and cleanup is a breeze!
The other feature that I love about this cooker is the ability to sous vide which is one of my favorite ways to cook steak. It’s literally impossible to mess up steak when using sous vide method, doesn’t matter if you want medium, medium well, rare, or mid-rare, just adjust the temperature and let the Slow Cooker Sous Vide do its thing.
My only wish is that the exterior wouldn’t get so hot, however I suppose this isn’t any different from other slow cookers. If Crockpot could find a way to design one with more exterior insulation to prevent accidental scalding, it would certainly be a grand slam! Either way, we are supremely happy with our Slow Cooker Sous Vide!

Nice Slow Cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crockpot slow cooker 7quart with the sous vide is nice. I made pork chops sous vide and they were good. It does take a long time for the water to preheat to the desired temperature and you still need to sear the meat after. Both of those things are the reason I probably will not be using the slow cooker for sous vide but I do like the size of the crockpot, the locking lid and that the cooking area is removable for cleaning.
