Large capacity and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This slow cooker with sous vide is a nice modern update to the traditional slow cooker that didn't have temperature monitoring or advanced controls. The digital menu is easy to read and also easy and straightforward to use. The temperature probe lets you get your proteins or other ingredients to your desired final temperature. This ensures a final dish cooked to your preference for doneness. I enjoy my beef cooked to medium rare and this cooker let me hit that without overcooking. Easy to reproduce, just right results! I think the temperature probe is a game changer in the world of slow cookers and I wouldn't go back to one without it.
The 7 quart capacity is a good size that let's you prepare dishes for a typical sized family without being too large or bulky. The locking lid is a great feature that allows you to transport it easier without making a mess. The lid doesn't sit that snuggly when it's not locked in with the latches though. The base unit itself is light which speaks to how small and compact modern electronics are, and the pot itself is hefty and holds heat well. Spend the time to experiment and find the right recipes for this device and it'll greatly simplify your weeknight meals and prep with great results.

I am a busy mom so sometimes I don’t have time to cook but with this I just dump it the ingredients, lock it lid, turn it on and by the time I’m done with errands and picking up my child , dinner is done. This was my first time using the sous vide method and I made the best steak ever!! I do wish the cord was longer but I will recommend

This machine is an all around winner and needs to be a staple on all kitchens; move over old single function slow cooker! The sous vide feature is a game changer and cooking delicious food fast and with such precision is incredible. Set up was easy with the included instructions, and it even came with a recipe book. I’ve already made 2 of those meals and I’m just blown away with the simplicity in making amazing. food with the slow cooker. The included temp gauge is an awesome addition, and leaves no room for doubt about food temp accuracy. I love looking forward to cooking dinner with this slow cooker for dinner, such joy it’s brought me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This SLOW COOKER SOUS VIDE SS 7QT works great!! It has some really good extra features that you do not typically see on standard Crockpots. I really love that it is programmable and the removable temperature probe is great!! I really wanted to love the cook & carry locking lid but the latches are a bit flimsy and I am afraid that they may not be enough to keep the lid securely on while carrying it. The ability to throw the stoneware and lid in the dishwasher is just fantastic!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a rare gem that somehow manages to elevate your cooking while simultaneously simplifying the process. The addition of the sous vide function to the crock pot is an upgrade. I've always enjoyed the ability to use a slow cooker to prepare meals (and keep them warm) while I'm going about my day. If you, like me, already use a crock pot and have things cooking for a protracted period, sous vide is a natural transition. The one caveat is that while spacious for a slow cooker, this product is not sized to prepare the same amount of food when employing the sous vide. That said, the feature is not without merit resulting in meat consistently cooked to your specifications. Once the process is complete, all you have to do is sear off the meat and trust me, the result is delicious, tender goodness.
Thanks to a foolproof display, use is intuitive. Aided greatly by the inclusion of a removable thermometer that is inserted via the lid to monitor progress, cooking has never been more convenient. Once ready, the lid locks for mess free transport . If that wasn't enough, cleaning is a breeze as both the lid and insert are dishwasher safe. While this isn't helpful for those who want to throw a meal together in ten minutes, from beginning to end, it is a lifesaver for those of us that want quality meals without the time commitment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product over a month ago and I am so glad that I did. I have had various crock pots in my lifetime but nothing like this one. This one has so many different and great features that I just absolutely love it. I have already cooked a roast with potatoes and carrots and all the trimmings and the last at about 7 hours and it came just out perfect. The meat was so tender. I also have cooked pinto beans in it and I left them overnight and they were just delicious. If you are looking for a similar product to this one, I highly recommend this one. It is really a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thoroughly enjoyed using my Crockpot- Slow Cooker Sous Vide appliance! Of course the product is very sturdy and reliable which comes with the Crockpot name and it will last you many years. I found that the instructions for the sous vide setting were very clear and the appliance itself is very user friendly. I had never used a sous vide appliance before so this was my first experience. The product comes with small bags but what I had in mind was a larger beef stew thus I purchased food-safe vacuum bags to cook them in. I noticed that it took a while to get the temperature up to where I wanted it to be which is the only "con" of the product (but then again, this is a slow cooker.) In order to combat the rather sluggish incrementing temperature, I boiled some water and then added that to the Crockpot as it would not begin cooking until it reaches the temperature that the user has pre-set. All in all, I am very pleased with the end result. I do believe that the closed cooking method under longer times and lower temperature imparted a deeper herbal flavor into my stew. I would 100% recommend this appliance to those looking for a little something different to add to their kitchen!

I used it as a sous vide to make pork tenderloin that turned out so flavorful and tender. The clean-up is easy and using it is a breeze.
