Very cool!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Much larger than expected! Easy to assemble. My son loves it! There are several different ways you can play with this toy. My son has been having a lot of fun! Even the box it comes in is really cool! I recommend this toy as a gift!

Like the handle on this toy for flying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 year old uses this toy in the house. She can pretend fly with the toy easily with the handle thatvis provided. My daughter did ask where the people are for the aircraft though. This has been a fun toy but wish it would have come with 1 character for play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made of sturdy plastic, this winged shuttle is great for imaginative play. The green tower can be used as one piece or two, and the shuttle top flips open to fit your action figure inside. The details in the cockpit are amazing! A little assembly required - like placing on the wings and the feet on the shuttle. An adult will need to do this because you have to apply some pressure to snap them in place, once in place they are very secure.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Retro play done right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Talon Fighter and Point Dread set was an immediate hit - genuine excitement taking this one out of the box. It was very easy to assemble (less than one minute) and the stickers were already in place (a big plus) in putting the toy into immediate action. The Talon Fighter is nearly identical to its 1980s counterpart and the figures from the current (and original) line fit in easily. The handle grip makes the Talon Fighter easy to hold. Point Dread is a good addition to Castle Grayskull - same color makes it a natural fit. And it nearly perfectly rests atop the Castle, making it a good launch pad for the Talion Fighter.

Only good for a masters of the universe fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked the Masters of the Universe Point Dread and Talon Fighter for my two sons, ages 7 and 3.
My 7 year old said it was difficult putting the pieces together, especially the red feet, red wings, and the handle. He also had trouble opening the top hatch of the talon fighter. I even found it quite difficult to open so if you have younger kids wanting to play they may need an adults help with opening it. I know my 3 year old was frustrated trying to take the handle off or open the hatch.
In my opinion, the box of the toy was a little deceiving. We thought it included at least one action figure. We were disappointed to find out that no action figures were included in this set. My kids don’t have other Masters of the Universe toys so they used a Buzz Lightyear action figure instead for inside the talon fighter. It’s my fault for not double checking what was included but for a set like this it would be better to just include an action figure so it’s a more complete set.
One of the features my 7 year old liked is that an action figure is able to hold the outpost cannon and how it rotates when you manually move them. He also likes how some of the pieces can be configured in different ways. For example the guns can be attached to the top of the talon fighter or on the green rock piece. One change my son would make is to have some of the pieces connect and disconnect more easily. He doesn’t want to keep the handle or the feet on the talon all the time but the pieces are very difficult to remove once attached.
My 3 year old likes it because it reminds him of a fighter jet and he’s into planes. It will hold his attention better than my 7 year old for sure. In fact, he said he thought this toy was kind of dumb so unless you have kids that are big fans of Masters of the Universe I wouldn’t recommend this toy for kids above 5 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Master of the universe Dread and Talon Fighter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the product arrived at our home and I took out the box,my son and daughter were so excited. They first looked at the art on the box. The art is amazing on the box itself; Very captivating. I then put the product together and the instructions were very clear and simple to follow. Both my daughter and son played with product and enjoyed it daily. Its actually a very well made toy with small details which make the toy excellent. The only thing i would say is the door compartment is a bit hard to open. Its not a big deal. Its easier for children to open the door compartment than an Adult.

The detail is spectacular but what really stands out is the incredible box art. I n tradition of the original Masters of the Universe figures the art is extraordinary! The detail and sculpture of the Talon fighter and point dread is better than the original WELL DONE!
