Unfortunate damage

The product was packaged extremely well however it was still damaged. The outside box had a hole in it. The styrofoam did not seem damaged. The side of the jewelry box had a crack in it.

Packed very well, arrived complete and unblemished. Mirror lovely and not “warped” or any such thing.
Very easy to assemble, short video online made it quick and easy.
My teenage niece was *thrilled* with her Christmas gift and has already organized her jewelry and makeup in the compartments.
