[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! Its huge so I tuck it away but I always take it out after work and use it. It says to only use it for 30 minutes but thats perfect. It doesnt cover to much of your heel which I need but it like completely wraps your foot and gets the sides! Not disappointed.

Quality was great in terms of therapeutic machinery. I just didn’t personally care for the level of pressure, lack of a heating option, and difficulty storing; storage for this product at home was more than problematic. Placing the unit under a desk of a private/home office or anywhere else for that matter prove to be unaesthetic. I opted to return the unit. The return process was a breeze and I was refunded rather quickly.

I like the quality,size and it was delivered before the due date it quoted. Overall my order is a 4 1/2 star.. like most reviews the remote did work due to the battery.. I replaced it and now it's working fine
