I bought this for a christmas gift for my husband, he was very evcited to receive this and tried it right away. There was power then it shut down. The massager worked for 5 seconds and would not work for more than that. The power settings and the control panel would not work. I called and returned it, no problem. I called a week and a half after best choice products received it, because i had not heard anything from them as to the status of my replacement. I was told that I was not going to get a replacement because they didn't feel comfortable with that. They had told me there was a manufacturer defect and they were not selling them. I am to get a refund (haven't received it yet, i have to wait 2-3 business days for-understandable). My problem is why is this item still for sale on their website if there was something wrong with them? If not, why wouldn't they just send me another one. If I hadn't called to check on the status of the foot massager, I may have been waiting for nothing. I never received any kind of communication stating that they were going to refund my money and not send another one out. I looked at all the reviews before buying this product and saw nothing but good reviews and i was really hoping this was going to give my husband some relief. I guess we will never know....
I bought this massager for my husband. He said he loved it , and thinks it’s great. He suffers with heel spurs and said his feet/heels felt better after his massage. It gave him relief from pain.
