I bought this for a christmas gift for my husband, he was very evcited to receive this and tried it right away. There was power then it shut down. The massager worked for 5 seconds and would not work for more than that. The power settings and the control panel would not work. I called and returned it, no problem. I called a week and a half after best choice products received it, because i had not heard anything from them as to the status of my replacement. I was told that I was not going to get a replacement because they didn't feel comfortable with that. They had told me there was a manufacturer defect and they were not selling them. I am to get a refund (haven't received it yet, i have to wait 2-3 business days for-understandable). My problem is why is this item still for sale on their website if there was something wrong with them? If not, why wouldn't they just send me another one. If I hadn't called to check on the status of the foot massager, I may have been waiting for nothing. I never received any kind of communication stating that they were going to refund my money and not send another one out. I looked at all the reviews before buying this product and saw nothing but good reviews and i was really hoping this was going to give my husband some relief. I guess we will never know....

Very well built foot massager, does what it claims it does. My 55 year old Feet are feeling fine now, impressed. Remote is okay, can’t deduct for that considering the value your getting. My friend has had one of these for at least six years.

Opened the box, plugged it in and the lights don’t come on but it starts massaging for about five seconds and then just stops.

I had both plantar facitis and heel spurs and was in extreme pain on a daily basis, I have tried soooo many products, heel wraps, boots to stretch the plantar muscle, figured why not give this a try too....it's been a life savor, I am almost close to "normal", don't have to wear the inserts in my shoes anymore, no heel wraps, etc...just this 2 to 3 times a day for 20 min or so....love it, bought a bunch for friends and also told many more and they are all veryyyyyy happy!!

I have plantar facisitis and heel spurs, and couldn't barely walk when I got up, and walked sideways down the stairs, couldn't run, couldn't be on my feet longer than a couple hours in a row, they would be burning with pain, this machine has SAVED my life, I can do anything now, 80% of the pain is gone thanks to this!! I have told many friends with the same issue to buy this and they are just as happy!!
