I received this for Christmas

I received this for Christmas and I love it. Has made my feet feel 10 years younger. The only complaint I have is that the remote has never worked. It is lightweight (I carry it from my bedroom to the living room for use) and seems to work great at the moment.

Worked less than 10 minutes

I was so excited to receive this as a Christmas gift. After doing a lot of research and reading lots of reviews, I picked this model for my husband to buy me. I couldn’t wait to try it. First, it felt cheap. The remote did not work and the buttons on the control panel only worked to turn it on and off. My first and only massage lasted 7-8 minutes. At the point the machine squeezed the front of my feet near the toes. And then it stopped with my feet stuck in this squeezing position. Fortunately, I could remove my feet without injury. We tried several more attempts to get it to work but it never worked again. The users manual is not very helpful. Contacting customer service to get a return authorization took over 20 minutes using the chat feature. I don’t know how this product can have so many positive reviews, but I would not recommend it. I’ll watch to see if my review gets published.

I am loving this product. The first day I used it 3 times and it made my feet a little sore. However, that is normal after any massage. I use almost daily and can tell it has improved my circulation and relived the daily soreness in my feet.

The electric cord could be

The electric cord could be a little longer so as not to have to use an extension cord for a more comfortable position.
