I received my purchase on time. Waited till Christmas morn. To open. Very happy with purchase. Armoire jewelry cabinet with mirror. Never taken out of box. Mirror cracked cross middle. Would like to replace with another one please

Outstanding customer service and products

I have never dealt with BCP until purchasing a full length mirror/jewelry cabinet for my wife. It was shipped, and arrived, quite quickly in holiday mail via fedex.
Much to our dismay, when my wife opened it Christmas Day, the mirror was severely damaged. I called customer service. When one would think they’d be closed, I was prepared to leave a message.
A representative answered on the third ring. He was not only helpful and courteous, he made sure a replacement was in stock, and had it secured for us immediately. It shipped the next day and arrived within 3 days.
The replacement was in perfect condition. My wife was thrilled. I was off the hook.
The quality of the cabinet was terrific for the price. Definitely no cheap build.
Would I do business with them again? Absolutely!!!

Perfect Jewelry Mirror Armoire!

This is exactly what I wanted! The mirror doesn’t distort anything. I can store a large amount of jewelry and the mirror is a very nice size. It came unbelievably fast and was easy to assemble. I love it!

The construction and quality of this product is great. Looks very nice in our bedroom. My wife is so happy that I purchased it and can’t thank me enough. This was a Christmas present and she had no idea what it was when it arrived and I wrapped it. Even better, when she finally opened it, she was amazed at how easily and quickly I was able to put it together. Thank you all at BCP.
