I purchased this piece as a birthday present for my wife because we had just moved and we are trying to downsize. The box has been sitting snuggly in a corner since since it arrived. I finally open it up and the mirror is shattered. That's my fault for waiting so long to open it.
However, the reason the mirror broke in shipping is simple. There is no support on the back side of it. They use a thinner mirror as well, so the mirror is constantly bowing and moving. You can even see how the mirror sags when the box is flat.
I don't know about the quality of the box yet since we haven't used it, but if the mirror is any indication, I don't have high hopes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pretty, great design. The quality is so so as one of the screw holes was stripped and ended up pushing through the interior. The instructions were very minimal (diagrams only).
