Plastic collar snapped when tilted

The first time we tilted the umbrella the plastic collar holding the crank and top part of the umbrella snapped making the umbrella useless.

I love these umbrellas! Great product, the lights are nice. They are not super bright but they do add a bit of light. I love the strap when the umbrella is down! I did not have that on the ones these replaced. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again!

Not fade resistant

Purchased this umbrella last summer as our previous umbrella of five years finally broke. It faded to a pale green in less than a month. I’ve also noticed that it cannot withstand small amounts of wind.
The size, shade, and the solar lights are great. Wish it hadn’t faded so quickly and was more wind tolerant.
