Great umbrella at a very good price. Easy to put up (do remember to remove the solar panel part to get that set up first!) Works great with some BCP furniture and mosquito net :)

Umbrella came apart. Need help

I used the umbrella twice. My wife tried to open it this morning and stopped because a small screw fell out from the inside. When I tried to slowly open the umbrella the post came apart at the top. I do not have the box and need help.

I will be contacting the company and hoping to get this fixed. Our umbrella came with a few cuts in the the actual umbrella fabric, we decided we will try it for the day anyway and then see how the lights worked at night, but they also didn’t work. I do like the size of the umbrella and color so I’m hoping they can send me one that works and does not have slits in the fabric.

I’m impressed with the frame construction and heavy duty umbrella canvas. The spines in the frame are quarter-inch square metal tube which won’t bend in our high winds. So pleased with the quality that I bought a second one! Great product at a very fair price.

Well made and a great value. What’s great is that these solar umbrellas run off rechargeable batteries which can be replaced easily. Very happy with this purchase. Good price for the quality. Make sure to get an umbrella cover!
