I bought this awhile ago, and it works great. Love the solar lights at night and easy of operation. Its hard to find an affordable umbrella, much less with lighting. Very pleased!!

great umbrella

This umbrella is fairly heavyweight (top heavy) compared to some of our others, I'm assuming because of the shape, but also it is well constructed with a metal pole and support arms. The support arms that give the umbrella shape house the little light bulbs and the solar panel plugs into the top of the umbrella unit (there is a small plug inlet you attach it to first then place the panel appropriately and then twist to lock it in). There is an ON/OFF switch on the main pole near the crank to operate the lights (so you aren't wasting the power during daylight time by them just being on). The fabric is a great neutral color, but it just happens to match the patio table I purchased perfectly (as does the metal structure of this umbrella) making it even more of a win in my book.
While our summer is coming to a close, I'm excited about this find and I am sure we'll get quite a bit of great use of it in the coming years given the quality of this umbrella.

I purchased two of these umbrellas and couldn't be happier! The umbrellas are of excellent quality, the hand cranks works smoothly and the led lights are fantastic. All that and a price that can't be beat. Scoop them up now before they are sold out!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is very well lit and easy to put in. Don’t forget to connect the solar battery like I did. These photos are taken at night with no other lighting on and no flash on. Definitely last good and well for sitting out by the fire at night!
