I’ve only had this umbrella a couple of months and the thing that pushes in to have the umbrella tilt came out and is now completely broken. I threw The umbrella away i was So upset

Tilt mechanism only lasted a few months

I loved this umbrella when it arrived. Heavy duty material, gorgeous. After a few months, a gust of wind came the tilt broke. It is made of plastic and there is too much weight for it to support. It should be made of metal. Only has a 90 day warranty.

The umbrella is very nice but the solar lights only worked for three days. Very disappointed but I don't know who to contact to correct the problem.

Liked the first one so well I gave it to my niece and ordered 2 more for myself and son. Then I ordered two of the 15x9 ft ones. They are very high quality...lights at night give ambiance and are not glaring. Really sweet umbrellas.
