VERY POOR QUALITY CLOTH MATERIAL

I purchased 3 umbrellas, used them approximately 4 months in my yard, then stored them away for the winter months. I took them out about 2 weeks ago and noticd EXTREME discoloration from the sun last year.I
. I spoke to this company and they refuse to exchange them because I am outside the 60 day warranty period. VERY POOR QUALITY MATERIAL that fades with a few months of use. V
And to suggest in an email that I DO NOT WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW? VERY POOR, DO BETTER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to what I have seen out there on the market. This is the best quality and priced umbrella you will find (with lights). The lights could be brighter. That is my only issue.
I have purchased several items from BCP and have had all very good experiences.

Missing solar cap on the top

Umbrella is very heavy and nice quality fabric and color is very vibrant. I am so disappointed that top solar cap part C was missing. My husband unknowingly threw out the box to return. So so disappointed not able have the light at night.

We purchased the navy umbrealla. It is an outdoor umbrella so meant to be in the sun. It had completely faded. They are telling me to bring it in which makes no sense. It’s in a heavy table and base and not easily moved.
