The rope of the umbrella

The rope of the umbrella was not properly installed. When I tried to fix it, it went through the tube. Trying to fix mess up the whole system. Replacement was not a available.

I Love My Umbrella!

I love love love this umbrella. It arrived within a few days of me ordering it and although they didn’t mention it, it has an off/on switch for the solar lights. It was very easy to put together also. The rust color was spot on too.

It's made well. Good fabric and covers a large area with shade. The only downside is it's very hard to crank the umbrella up and down. Not good for older people with limited strength.

I received this umbrella as a gift in December. Now that it’s summer I began to use it and one of the bottom pole bent when a little bit of wind picked up and the umbrella was open. It has taken over 11 emails with the company all resulting in them not being able to help me with the replacement part for the umbrella and now it is completely useless. They don’t even offer the ability to purchase replacement parts for their products. I have never dealt with a more difficult company. I don’t recommend ever buying one of their products because if something goes wrong, you have absolutely no support from the company.

Ordered this one after one from Amazon wasn't correct color and hardware left out. I got yellow. It is true to color as it is BRIGHT sunny yellow like the photo and it arrived 4 days earlier than expected. If I need any others, I will definitely be coming here first. Quality seems very sturdy and lives up to what I paid for it. I can't recommend it enough.
