I purchased two of these umbrellas, one came without the top solar panel the one with the panel has never worked.. I ordered them in March took them out of boxes in May. Here it is August and they are faded, they are NOT fade resistance. And to top it off they rust!

I bought this for my Mom in Michigan as I have this umbrella in California. The umbrella is nice and does it’s job but it did not come with all the parts so it broke when we had a little wind. Very Disappointed
