Stopped working on right side

Left side works but right side doesn’t work. No point in using it. Manuel doesn’t even have instructions for this specific issue.

Breaks quickly and Support doesn’t respond

It was great at first, but within three weeks one of the controllers don’t work so now it just goes in circles. I’ve emailed Support over two weeks ago was still no response.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can not get replacement parts!!!

My son received as a gift. He was a bit too small for it. We stored in box, pulled out yesterday to notice one of the joysticks were broken off. Not even in box. Again, this was NEW. Never used. Spoke with customer service, trying to BUY a replacement joystick. You can not buy replacement parts. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My granbabies love this! I keep them charged overnight so they’re always ready to go in the morning. Hours of fun for them. (Parents) these things have rubber wheels so they don’t damage floors and bumpers around them so it doesn’t break glass and other delicate items.
