Possible Faulty Switch

I ordered this motorcycle because my son asked for an orange motorcycle for his birthday. Ordered this motorcycle on 6/27 but didn’t open it, put it together, and charge it until 7/16. Gave it to my son who turned 3 Sat 7/20. He rode it for a second before it stopped working. He press the button and it go then stop. Then he pressed the button again and nothing. He finally said it’s not working and got off. Now he’s upset and I’m so upset as this appeared to be the perfect birthday gift. It’s very cute and I love the features but the thing doesn’t work. I sent an email and plan on calling tomorrow but for now the thing is sitting in my basement. There are great reviews, which is another reason I ordered this but maybe I got one with a defect.
