I have sciatic and piriformis pain, and I love this chair pad. I have it on a recycliner and it is fantastic. The compression, heat, and massage can't be beat. I would buy this again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Safety Issues After a Few Weeks of Use

I purchased this chair in mid-December 2025. Initially, it worked fine. The neck massage area felt a bit stiff, but considering the price, my expectations were not very high.
However, after about three weeks, the neck massage area started making unusual noises, and I noticed sounds that seemed like electrical leakage. This raised serious safety concerns for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
