[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came packaged with the image of the product infront. Upon opening it, you had the instructions on top of it to begin setting up. Which is nice because sometimes you have to look for the booklet. I think it was relatively simple to set up.

Heavy duty security with a modern and user friendly purpose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to install this smart lock on my entry door at home and it did not disappoint. It is very well made and heavy duty and way more secure than the standard locking handle I had installed previously. It gave a standard door not only an elegant looking overhaul, but a multifunctional purpose as well! The instructions can be a bit confusing, however it does have a QR code to scan that elaborates a little more in depth. Install your 4 AA batteries and follow the instructions and you’re good to go. Since I had a standard handle I used the template and had to drill a single 3/8” hole for the lower mount of the door pull and the rest was just a Phillips screw driver. It comes in a nice box that stores nicely with my old hardware as a backup for people like me who like to keep original boxes. The size is perfect for little hands or adults and as mentioned totally changes the appearance of the door. I LOVE the features for so many reasons. You download the free app and you’re able to setup profiles with unique pins so if I’m at work and want to know if my wife or kids are home it alerts me depending which code or fingerprint was put in to unlock it. My favorite feature is the fact you can lock/unlock the deadbolt from your phone anywhere in the world. There are too many times I’m away from home or laying in bed thinking, “did I forget to lock the door?” Not anymore! It tells you and in the event you did forget, hold the button in app and it locks. It comes with 2 traditional keys as backups, 2 tap keys which are great if your hands are full and you can’t type in your code or use the fingerprint feature. The best feature of this whole lock in my opinion is the ability to unlock/lock remotely so if I’m at work and a neighbor needs to let the pets out or someone needs to grab something and no one’s home I can unlock it from my phone or for vacation we assign temporary codes for house sitters then delete the profile so it no longer works once we’re home. This is such a great added peace of mind for any homeowner and for people with Air BNBs or cottages, if you have WiFi you are in luck. It even alerts you if someone is trying to guess codes and enters wrong codes so you are able to take appropriate actions. I would highly recommend this lock to anyone and the kids think it’s so cool they can enter with a fingerprint when in reality it lets me know if they’re home safe from the bus. Also if I’m downstairs folding laundry or something it even alerts me the door has been unlocked or locked manually so if my little ones are trying to go outside I know right away. The price is VERY reasonable, try it yourself!

Amazing Key Lock
