Multiple ways to unlock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was straightforward, I had it set up in under 20 minutes without any issues. The installation were clear and everything fit well with my existing door. The mobile app is decent, it’s relatively user friendly and easy to navigate, though there is still a little room for improvement. The fingerprint feature works well for me since I have smaller fingers. However for users with larger fingers, you do need to be mindful of placement. You have to align your finger consistently with how it was originally recorded, otherwise it may not recognize it. After three failed attempts, the alarm will go off, which is great for security but can be a bit sensitive. I enjoy the flexibility of this lock, it offers multiple ways to unlock.

With having kids and running behind this gives you peace knowing you can let your kids in and out makes things easier. It looks to but durable but will have to see after it's installed. Forgot your keys not a problem this is reliable to get you in and out with ease

Super quiet and multiple ways to lock/unlock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so far the easiest and most attractive looking smart lock I have ever installed. Compared to old one it’s very quiet, app is easy to use and works really smooth. We absolutely love the options for locking, you can use key, permanent and temporary codes, fingerprints (perfect for kids) or fobs. Now we want to replace all our locks with Desloc brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to be a part of this campaign and get to try this product for free for my honest opinion. Wow this came at rhe right time! Out old lock stopped working! So I decided I would be Mrs fix it! It went well for about 5 minutes lol. My husband, who haa done this kind of thing many times, promptly took over and it was all set up and installed quick and efficiently. It ia so much easier than having to keep up with my keys and my kids love it too! So much easier! Love it and highly recommend!

Terrible Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock sucks. For some reason it unlocks in the wrong direction. Tried changing the settings in the app but it still won’t unlock properly. I will say the outdoor handle is really nice but what’s the point in having that if you don’t have a functioning lock. Also I don’t like the fact that the lock is touchscreen. I wish it had physical buttons instead as the screen is very unreliable and not responsive. I have to tap the screen like 3 times to wake it up and it’s very annoying. As someone who is very knowledgeable with locks this sucks on the physical side. But on the app and technical side it’s pretty good. But all in all, just not worth the headache.
