I returned from vacation three weeks later. It was -19C outside. None of the electronics worked. The display wasn't lit. The app on my phone showed the batteries were charged. I opened the door with a mechanical key. Something to think about.

This is a gift for someone for Christmas. They absolutely love it. Was easy to install less than 20 minutes and easy to set up. Not sure about the battery life yet but he put 3500mah rechargeable batteries in it.

Excellent Product and support

I had concluded that I needed to replace my old smart locks with something better. The "better" was DESLOC - specifically the D110 Smart Lock. I shopped around and was impressed with the look (nobody wants an ugly smart lock). I decided to order and install - best decision ever! The unit is very easy to install, it has detailed installation instructions, quality made. I was blown away by the WIFI connection and how easy it was to set up the unit. I have had "smart" locks for years - a lot of issues with connection and problems with fingerprints. With DESLOC, that all went away. I have had ZERO issues with print recognition. The unit has never failed to open/close. The keypad works, even in direct sunlight. I am able to allow access remotely via the DESLOC app. The app gives updates when a door has been accessed and how it was accessed (print, key, code, etc.). Best part: it's all on WIFI.
I strongly recommend DESLOC - both the products and the support. Yes, I did call support on my first install - they walked me through the process. IF I had followed the pictures, I wouldn't have needed to call - who needs instructions?

Very easy to set up, fit in my existing deadbolt. Highly recommend. I havent figured out if this is an option but i purchased two of these andi wish i could have the same deadbolt key fitting for each one not sure if rhas possible.

Super Easy to Install and Setup

Super Easy to install this lock and set it up. The lock is smooth and hassle free. The app works well and adding codes and cards, pins is super easy. The only thing that could be better is the sharing. The email should have a link in it that takes you right to download the app. Something simple but would be an improvement. Installed and up in running in under 15 minutes. So far so good

Awesome features with a great price!

Since its remarkably easy installation, this lock has been performing admirably. This is the second lock I have purchased, as I previously acquired a different brand that I ultimately found unsatisfactory and returned. The other lock necessitated the purchase of an additional electronic device to enable connectivity with Google Home. This Desloc, however, was already capable of connecting to Wi-Fi. Furthermore, my family and I have observed the impressive speed and responsiveness of this lock. My boyfriend particularly appreciates the NFC card for entry, my four-year-old son enjoys entering his numerical password, and I personally favor the fingerprint option (we also carry the keys as a backup). I also highly value its compatibility with Google Home, as it allows me to use my hub to grant access to family and friends if I happen to be in the kitchen. When I eventually acquire my own home, I am confident that I will be eager to obtain more of these D110 Plus locks.
