Ok Scraper. It works as it should. It gets HOT quick as it has a short handle. The heat transfers through the handle material as well. I wish i had purchased the long one, but it was out of stock at that time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This scraper works great! My old one was flimsy. This one doesn’t flex much which keeps the sharp edge on the griddle better. It cleans the griddle quicker and I’m glad I git it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I always thought my drywall knife worked great. After hearing about how well this worked from Blackstone Betty, I had to give it a try. The hype lived up to the expectation. Very sturdy handle, quality SHARP and thick blade, I had my griddle too hot and scorched some pancakes. They quickly burnt to the griddle. This was my first test for the scraper and it passed with flying colors. With very little effort it quickly removed the burnt mess and left the griddle very clean. I was hesitant at first and thought it would remove the seasoning. It did not. Highly recommend this product.
