[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for strengthening arms and legs. Works different muscle groups than just lifting weights. Versatile. Can use it to build strength watching tv, even using the computer, sitting at a table working, lying on the floor, talking on the phone... No latex, as that would have been a deal breaker.
