Great Chest Opener!

This yoga wheel is well made, sturdy, and has plenty of cushion to made this comfortable to use. Not only is this a great tool for modifying yoga poses & deepening your backbend, but it is also a great way to open up and release the muscles in your chest.

I brought my beautifully-made wheel to my gym & my personal trainer assisted me by developing exercises I could practice at home to increase my flexibility and reach. I love it!
