Loud electronic noise

Charges fast but noisy. I just recently saw the disclaomer that if you disable fast charging on your device (phone), it won't run the fan. That is true. Unfortunately the nose I heard is a loud beeping/scratching/electronic sound that persists even when the fan is not running. The fan itself is just a gentle low whir/hum that is not disruptive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with the 15W Wireless Charger Duo Cable. It's normal to hear a slight noise when charging your devices with fast charging enabled. The wireless fast charging pad contains a fan that activates to cool the charger during use, helping to prevent overheating. This fan may produce some sound while fast charging, but it aids in speeding up the charging process.
If you'd like to reduce the noise, you can deactivate fast charging. However, if the noise is loud and concerning even after deactivating fast charging, we encourage you to contact our Samsung Support Team at your earliest convenience. Perfect fit when my Galaxy Z-flip 3 is folded

Not all charging stations or docs work with my Samsung Galaxy Z-flip 3 in it'sprotective case. Love that it's the perfect fit when it's folded.

Pretty expensive for something that doesn't last

I bought two of these so we could charge our phones and watches. They didn't last long. Now all I get is a blinking orange light. Very disappointed.

If your charger is blinking, there are a few troubleshooting steps we can take to resolve the flashing light. An orange light may indicate that the charging cable is not supplying enough power to the wireless base. If your wireless charger and phone do not seem to connect and the charger is flashing, here are some options to help you:
1. Ensure that your phone is placed correctly on the charger.
2. Remove any devices that you are trying to charge. If the light stops blinking, please refer to the "Phone is not charging with wireless charger" section for further instructions.
3. Inspect the charger, cables, and AC adapter for any damage. Look for bent connections, frayed wires, or other physical issues, and replace any damaged parts.
4. Connect the charger to the AC adapter and plug it into a functioning power outlet. The light should flash briefly and then turn off when the charger is ready.

Work Well! 15w!

honestly this is wayyyy better then the trio that charges at 9w and having all three will be only giving out 5w each.
the good:
-charges at 15w which is the standard fast charging
-easy to place without having to adjust it.
the con:
-this one doesn't include an ac adapter :(

Weird Design

What's with the stupid design of this charger? The pad is not flush so my large S23 Ultra has to be set down with the camera bumps nestling the edge of the pad like lego's. And because of this it has to sit exactly right. The camera bump, if sitting on the edge of the charger, is high enough causing a a gap so that it won't charge. I miss the ability to tilt the stand as well - no wonder they were giving these away with new gear...they suck!

Just bought it yesterday to charge my new s24fe with and it did quickly and efficiently just about a hr and change can't wait to buy some buds and maybe a watch in the future to charge it with
