I loved the ease of ordering, everything arrived very timely and as promised. My 30 oz tumbler was packaged securely and was in perfect condition. You fo have to prime your cup, if you are going for just cold. The first couple of times i used it, my ice melted before the day was half over. But, since then it is holding 24 + hrs. I am very happy with my purchase.

This keeps ice cold for up 8 hrs plus and keeps hot coffee with lid on and slider closed hot for up to 6 plus hours or more SIMPLY AWESOME AND SIMPLY PUT WORLDS BEST TUMBLRES

Received this as a gift for my boss. Filled it with ice water at 7:30 am. Drank the water, and the ice was still there when I got off at 4:00pm!!!
