My tumbler is not level on the bottom. The tumbler rocks back and forth when sitting it on a flat surface.

I'm disappointed in my tumbler, mostly because I paid a premium for the "Graphite" color, and I'm regretting it. I've found that the darker color obviously gets hot in sunlight. I knew darker things got hot in sunlight more than lighter things, and I didn't think there would be anything magical about a YETI that the laws of physics wouldn't apply to it. I just didn't think it would be this bad. After leaving the cup, filled with ice, sitting on a table in full sun on a 85 degree day for about an hour, the cup was hot to touch, and most of the ice was melted - just a few slivers of ice left. The fact that the outside could be so hot and the inside still cold is a testament to the quality of the YETI. And I've found drinks stay plenty cold in the shade, even on warm days. But it's making me wish I'd gotten a lighter color.
Also, I dropped the cup from a chair onto a brick paver flooring. The finish got scraped up a bit. I don't know if that's an issue with this special finish or would affect all colors equally. I obviously don't expect the thing to be bulletproof (or brickproof) but it would be nice if the color was more than just a light surface coat, so any scrapes wouldn't show out as much. All I know is my wife's YETI is a blue color and it's unblemished after 3 or 4 years of near daily use. But maybe she's more careful with it, and just has never scraped it. Who knows.
