Great purchase. I had one of the knockoff brands and my Yeti blows it out of the water. It may cost more but it’s totally worth it. Super durable and keeps cold things cold and hot things hot. I take my tumbler with me everywhere.

I use this tumbler to hold a cold 30 ounces of unsweetened iced tea that helps me keep in full swing in my home office. Like all other Yeti products I own, this tumbler keeps my beverage ice cold for hours. The MagSlider lid is spill proof and that is critical as I work on my makeshift desk. Sturdy and slick looking in red. I can’t recommend this any more highly.

the cup is seriously too slippery.. it can slip and slid right out of your hand. My dad's father's day gift has to be rigged with rubber bands around it to help him have a good grip. A 32oz mug is quite large and it's dangerous trying to hold a grip on it taking a drink riding down the road without fear of dropping it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
