I was skeptical but I serious kept water cold in it a full day at work with the A/C being broken...Lol So yes they work. The only thing I didn't like was the turquoise color material doesn't let stickers stay too well. Other than that great cup!

Lid is of poor quality

I was gifted the Yeti 30 oz Tumbler this past Christmas. Within a couple of months, the lid began popping out of the cup for no reason. I contacted Yeti and they sent me a new lid. Now, a few months later, the exact same problem is occurring with the new lid! I will contact them again, and assuming they honor the 5-year warranty, I trust they will send me another lid. Even so, this is nonsense! For the exorbitant price charged for this product compared to competitors, I expect not to have to go through this hassle over and over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a happy and satisfied long time user of a 36 oz Yeti Rambler I was looking for a large volume tumbler that fit in a normal cup holder for use while driving. The 30oz tumbler more than fits the bill. Mag top for hot drinks and optional straw top for cold! Refill or change to hot or cold with my 36 oz Rambler......perfect
