Bad design

I bought a 30 oz tumbler a couple months ago and the bottom being smaller than the top it tips way to easy sometimes just walking by and bumping the table slightly it tips over. I don't like this cup at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good overall experience on website, very easy to use and maneuver. Had a shipping issue that was on the UPS side but Yeti came in clutch to help resolve and send new ones. Great products, and even better customer service!

I give it 3 stars because it’s not keeping my ice water cold all day. It could be the plastic lid that it comes with, but I thought these were supposed to keep beverages cold all day? It’s definitely made well and it’s heavy when full, but I just don’t think it’s living up to the name which makes me sad. I need to put ice in the cup frequently to keep my water cold. Great cup, but lid for this one needs improvement to keep beverages cold.
