I obtained my Gambler about 2 years ago. It came with a manufacturing defect on the top rim. The seam has a visible gap with rough spots. It seems to be slowly spreading. Cup keeps hot and cold for long periods as advertised, but no better than my other vacuum tumblers which cost a fraction of the price. Additionally the warranty was not worth the defect compared with other companies that are much more customer friendly.

I have had this for a month and a half now and I have loved it from the start! It keeps things cold and hot for so long! Ice lasts all day! I prefer to use it for cold drinks but it works great with hot drinks.
