I work as a driver at ups and this cup is a great way of keeping ice cold water during those hot summer days but keep in mind the ice will melt if you keep adding warm water to the cup but i cant imagine going to work with out it now

I bought the 30 oz for my husband and 20 oz. for me -- so glad I did not get the 30 oz for me -- just too heavy as I have arthritis in my hand but we both LOVE them. We drink a lot of water and we fill them in the morning and the ice lasts all day -- just refill with water. They fit in our drink holder in the car but we mostly just use them at home on a daily basis. just wish we had bought them before!!!! They don't sweat or drip - LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
