I already have a 20 oz and 30 oz and have bought several 30 oz as gifts. I ordered this one from the Yeti website rather than at a store. Excellent service. As for the product itself - the fact that I have bought several as gifts says it all. They are excellent for keeping hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold for long periods. Put hot coffee in the 30oz tumbler at 6am and it is still hot in late afternoon. Everyone I have given one to raves about them!
