The lid had some scratches and can’t be cleaned

I bought it 6 months ago , yesterday after i put hot water in the bottle and closed the lid, i found out that it had some scratches and couldn’t be removed, i have never washed it with hard dishwashing tools and i dont know why

Disappointed!!!

Bought the 20oz tumbler about month ago, living in cold climate I expected the ice water to stay cold at least over night in a cold room. I filled the Tumbler full with commercial ice and the a little water. I hoped that I would have cold water through out the night, but like I said the Tumbler was in a cold room for over night and I had meld ice and just cool water towards morning. I also bought my husband one for Christmas and a small cooler I hope he's not disappoint! It was quite an expense!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using an imitation cup and was told to get the real thing a Yeti....although I was skeptical I ordered one and was not disappointed. It is much better at keeping drinks cold than what I’d been using! Great product!

I bought this for my husband who is an avid coffee drinker. He complained that the coffee was no longer hot at 5 hours. It was at least expected to be warmer than room temp by that time. I guess I did not notice that this lid was not leak proof. This was a problem, he thought the lid was awful loose. This was no different from cheaper brands that actually have leak proof lids. Not worth the money!

I only spent the money on this cup because I had been reassured it would keep my ice from melting. Today I filled my cup with ice water and within 4hours all the ice had melted. It was in my house which was at 72° and wasn't even at a hot time of day. Super disappointed and will NEVER recommend or buy another yeti again.
