I ordered this cup a month ago and it didn’t keep cold and ice melted after about 4 hours
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The cup sweats, water rolls off... what a mess!!

i have bought and had exchanged 3 of these. through the very helpful customer service team, THEY ALL JUST LEAK- if it is laying down in my bag my seat will be soaked from a 20 min car ride. expected better.

The 30oz is the worst yeti product ever. Does not retain temperature well, the 20 and 26 are so much better. The 26 is even almost the same size. I wish I could exchange it ~ Argh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Yeti tumbler in July 2018. My daughter has one and I had wanted one for some time. I drink lots of water and prefer ice water so this was the perfect solution as my daughter stated the water stays cold all day. This is so true, only I must refill my tumbler several times a day. The water tastes so good in my Yeti and my husband decided he wanted one also. So now we carry two tumblers wherever we go. It fits great in the car cupholder. Very satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a yeti cup, not from the website but I was quite disappointed. It's an okay cup that keeps things warm or cold, but I'd think it would at least be a little spill proof. If it's made to be tough and durable I'd assume it would be a little spill proof. On more then one occasion Its splashed even a little and gotten all over me and ruined my day. I don't know if it was supposed to be spill proof or not but I'd definitely not recommend this mug to any one of my friends. The smallest shake gets my water or coffee all over me and the first time the coffee was so hot I got small burns. Highly upsetting. I never use mine now because I know it spills and I can just get a spill proof cup that wouldn't ruin my day. The only good thing about it was it keep things warm all day and the cup itself is quite heavy duty..
