Ice melted too fast

Ice melted in less than 4 hours… I have cheaper cups that keep ice cold frozen for more than 24hrs

Do not customize if you are buying a handle

I bought 6 personalized yeti’s 6 handles and 6 different tops. Personalization was beautiful but placed at the same height as the handle so it covered the inscription and made it worthless. It affects all 6 of the yetis I ordered but only one recipient is upset. She always wanted one with her name on it she is a personal trainer and wants her clients to see it and remember her name and drink their waters and call her for another work out. I asked to have it replaced Harris S from customer service said yes and gave me instructions.I tried to return the website said my item was ineligible for a return. I called yeti they said they can’t help me it’s not returnable because it’s personalized and not to use the handle!!!! Sorry these things are heavy she needs a handle and I was already told I could return it. Beware if you need a handle buy the yeti with a handle if you want your inscription to show. How is it my fault that they inscribe at the same level of the handle that they sell? To me that is a careless error on their part I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to. They said I could just buy another oh really I bought this in good faith and they made the mistake they should fix it. They lost a good customer and her huge family and friend circle, Shame on you yeti! Try and take this down like you do all your negative reviews and i will just put it back every day until you fix this problem!

A few months ago my boyfriend purchased us custom Yeti cups.. And honestly I can say I don't care for it. I put coffee in mine about 5:30 in the morning and by noon it's already cold which is crazy, you guys advertise that it keeps drinks hot for a long time but that doesn't seem to be the case. For the price people pay for these we should actually have a cup that keeps coffee hot for a long time. My boyfriend has a big thermos type thing that he would rather use then his yeti, you can put coffee in at 6am and by 9pm its still HOT. I'm glad I got mine as a gift cause I would never purchase one for myself.

Does Not Live Up to Hype

Does not keep drink hot. Coffee is cold within half an hour, even if cup is preheated with hot water. If used for cold drinks, ice melts within an hour. Expensive, useless cup.

Love the Tumbler But...

Love my new Tumbler but a week after owning it and the magnetic lid slide is nowhere to be found. It fell off at some point and by the time I noticed it was gone. Hope I can find a replacement

After hearing so many people claim The Yeti keeps ice frozen all day and drinks cold I decided to buy one for my husband. I had high hopes and was completely let down. I’m not sure if reviews are fake or my tumbler is defective but ice melts within a few hours and does not keep drinks cold long. My coffee mug by another brand keeps ice much longer in comparison. I live in San Francisco so we do not have very hot weather either. 2 stars for the color and look but would not recommend to keep drinks cold as they claim.
